• You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing support@sellonboard.com
  • Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
  • If you cancel the Service in the middle of the month, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid you will not be charged again.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the sellonboard service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  • Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, sellonboard may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
  • Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment – for example if a subscription has been made by credit card, the refund will be credited by same mode of Channel to same credit card by us and this goes for all Pay Modes from which the customer will make the Payment.
  • Also, If the required product is not as per the selection done by the customer, then customer can get back to us within 10 working days and refund would take place as per Banks TAT/norms.
  • Once the service is provided then cancellation policy won’t be entertained.

Note: No refunds/cancellations are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.
